OSKA-MLEI Merger Update: 9 months on

Nine months on from the OSKA and MLEI merger, the integration continues to take shape.

Since September 2025, the OSKA team has been aligning systems, processes and ways of working with MLEI. Much of the operational integration is now in place, creating a more connected national business.

With established civil and structural experience, OSKA adds further depth to areas already central to MLEI. Their hydraulic engineering capability brings something new to the business, broadening our service offering and strengthening the way we support clients across the built environment.

It has been great to welcome OSKA into the business and see the teams come together with shared values, practical thinking and a clear focus on project outcomes.
