MLEI undertook the civil and structural design for 6 warehouse buildings with a total area of approximately 60,000m2 in total.

The scope of the project included:

Structural engineering:

  • Canopy on east side of warehouse 480m2
  • 3x recessed loading docks on north west corner of warehouse B
  • 14x new recessed loading docks and new roller door openings along the east elevation of warehouse B
  • New internal slab for freezer area.

Civil engineering:

  • New external concrete hardstand area to replace demolished sheds
  • New external concrete hardstand at recessed loading dock locations
  • Civil and stormwater design.
