MLEI undertook the structural and civil design for the Cleanaway building works comprising new bunker walls, sprinkler tank, pumphouse slab, 26-space carpark.

Our services included:

  • Structural engineering
    - Structural design of bunker walls and footings
    - Review existing structure to support proposed sprinkler system
    - Engineering calculation report and relevant structural specifications
    - CAD drawings
    - Internal certification and issue of regulation 126 form
    - Coordination with services consultants.
  • Civil engineering
    - Detailed stormwater drainage calculations
    - Detailed civil and stormwater design
    - Full construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Construction
    - Respond to RFIs
    - Site inspections.
