MLEI undertook the detailed design and documentation for the development of 63 new townhouses and access driveways, landscaping, new council crossovers and stormwater management system.
Our services included:
• Schematic design to formal documentation level
• Civil design for bulk earthworks and finished levels, road setout, stormwater design and pavement design
• Structural design for timber walls, floors and roof framing, foundations
• Coordination of consultant documentation – including architect, landscape architect and services
• Technical specifications for tender as well as for construction.
