MLEI undertook the civil and structural design for this new industrial warehouse.

The scope of the project included:

  • Structural engineering
    - Tenancy 1 & 2 – 7430m² occupied by Grace Removals
    - Tenancy 3 – 2600m²
    - 8x 5 T gantry cranes
  • Civil engineering
    - External concrete hardstand
    - Civil and stormwater design
    - Carparking for 105 spaces.
