MLEI undertook the structural and civil design for this 6,588m² warehouse, internal office & tank farm areas within the warehouse, and 5,885m² external concrete hardstand. Our services included:

  • Structural engineering
    - Structural design of footings and superstructures
    - Engineering calculation report and relevant structural specifications
    - Coordination with services consultants
    - Checking structural steel and precast panel shop drawings for structural compliance
  • Civil engineering
    - Stormwater drainage calculations, siteworks and drainage plan
    - Detailed civil and stormwater design
    - Pavement design for asphalt pavements
    - Full construction drawings of civil and stormwater design.
  • Construction
    - Respond to RFIs
    - Site inspections.
