MLEI undertook the structural and civil design for the Orora Glass Future Coil building project comprising 3,000m² warehouse, 300m² canopy, loading docks and external concrete hardstand area.

Our services included:

  • Structural engineering
    Design of footings and superstructures, engineering calculation report, structural specifications, check structural steel and precast panel shop drawings, coordination with services consultants.
  • Civil engineering
    Siteworks, drainage plan, stormwater drainage calculations, detention calculations, detailed civil and stormwater design, pavement design for concrete pavements, construction drawings, technical specifications.
  • Construction phase
    Respond to RFIs, site inspections.
