ParkVale Estate was a 4-stage 175 allotment land development located in Angle Vale, approximately 35 km north of Adelaide CBD.
MLEI were engaged to provide civil engineering design, tender, construction superintendence and contract administration for the development. These works included:
• Preparation of a stormwater management plan for the region of approximately 500 allotments
• Civil engineering design of the regional stormwater detention basin
• Regional sewerage pump station
• All internal development roads and services.
