MLEI undertook the structural & civil engineering for the new extensions to the existing single-storey Emergency Department for the Port Augusta Hospital.

The design included:

  • Emergency Department refurbishment, including
    - New triage and assessment area
    - New drop lane
    - New entry, upgraded waiting area and reception.
  • Upgrades to Mortuary, including new Mortuary access
  • Upgrades to hospital security.
