MLEI undertook the structural and civil design for RI Industries’ new warehouse, which included 3000m² structural steel shed 25m wide x 120m long, concrete hardstand, steel framing supports for 32T and 16T overhead gantry cranes, new offices & lunchroom, and carpark for 50+ spaces.

    - Concept design, preliminary design, detailed design and construction services
    - Structural design of footings and superstructure
    - Coordination with services consultants.
  • Civil engineering
    - Detailed stormwater drainage calculations
    - Detailed civil and stormwater design.
  • Construction
    - Checking structural steel & precast panel shop drawings for structural compliance
    - Responding to RFIs
    - Site inspections.
