MLEI undertook the civil and structural design for Sagle’s new headquarters in Woodville SA, comprising:

• 72m² ground floor reception, stairs and lift well, 480m² 1 st floor office building
• Ground floor warehouse with rollers doors at each end
• External concrete hardstand area, 15-space car park and new crossover for car access.

Our services included:

• Structural engineering
  geotechnical design brief, structural engineering components concept design and sketch plans for costing purposes, final engineering calculation report and relevant structural specifications, IFC structural drawings, check structural steel and precast panel shop drawings
• Civil engineering – siteworks, stormwater drainage plan, stormwater drainage calculations, civil and stormwater design, full construction drawings and civil technical specifications
• Construction phase – respond to RFIs, site inspections.
