MLEI undertook the structural and civil engineering for the design and construction of two new buildings at Seaview High School – Creative Design building and Performing Arts building.

The design included:

  • Structural and civil design of new Creative Design double-storey building
  • Structural and civil design of new Performing Arts building
  • Structural design of refurbishment of existing building – General Learning Hub
  • Structural and civil design of tennis court and retaining walls
  • Stormwater analysis of school network
  • Civil design of both a temporary and permanent parking area
  • Integration of civil design into landscape architectural elements.
