MLEI undertook the structural and civil engineering for the new 5 storey office building at 162 Fullarton Road, Rose Park. Our role included design & documentation as well as contract administration.

The project scope included demolition of the existing building and D&C of a new multi-use building comprising:

  • Basement carpark
  • Ground floor with retail & office space, and carpark
  • 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd floor offices
  • 4 th floor residence and swimming pool.
