Rebuild of pedestrian areas on both sides of Toorak Road between Wallace Avenue and Grange Road in Toorak with brass-trimmed concrete pavement, granite cobblestone and bluestone kerbs, new complementary street furniture, restored heritage lamp posts, and upgraded lighting.

MLEI’s project scope included:

  • Concept design – opportunities and constraints, review engineering survey, identify any gaps in data and input into scope for additional survey
  • Tender design – detailed civil, stormwater drainage and path grading design, structural review architect drawings, technical specification
  • Issue documentation for tender and construction.
