MLEI undertook the civil and structural engineering for this project.

The project scope included:

  • Structure constructed as a single building 33.7m long and 26.8m wide
  • The structure was split into 2 uses – 12-storey hotel and 8 storey office building. The height at the top of the parapet above the hotel was 42.3m above ground level.
  • Basement carpark 3m below ground level.
  • The superstructure consisted of precast walls, concrete floors and steel framed roofs.
  • The substructure consisted of concrete piles and pad footings.
