MLEI provided structural and civil engineering services for a mixed-use residential development on Churchill Road in Prospect, comprising a four-storey apartment building and a three-storey townhouse complex.

Designed to deliver affordable housing to the area, the project includes a four-storey apartment building, six three-storey townhouses, a dedicated car park, and landscaped outdoor spaces. MLEI also contributed to the fully integrated fit-out, ensuring a cohesive and functional design.
