MLEI undertook the structural engineering for a a major upgrade to the building at 45 Pirie Street, revitalising every aspect of the structure. The renovation was designed to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance collaboration, with a strong focus on health and well-being at its core.

The project scope included:

  • Adelaide’s first ensuite End of Trip (EOT) facility on the ground floor – designed for cyclists, runners, or anyone needing a refreshing break. This involved a full interior fit-out and modification of the building's internal space.
  • Lobby upgrade – featuring double-height glass windows with structural supports, and glass roof with supporting rafters, precast concrete columns & beams.
