MLEI, in conjunction with Ginos Engineers, were responsible for the structural and civil engineering design of this 10-storey apartment complex. The project consisted of a multi-level carpark with a single level of that as basement. The complex comprised of 2-storey townhouses and multi-storey apartments.

The multi-storey apartment building was technically challenging given the tight floor to floor of 3,030mm clearances and the requirement for 2,700mm ceilings. This was overcome using a flat plate concrete floor. The project also consisted of an existing heritage building facing Greenhill Road that has been returned to its former glory and added to with a modern office addition.
