The Strathalbyn Town Centre Revitalisation Master Plan revitalised the town centre with new plantings, trees, furniture and attractive landscaping to harmonise the town’s infrastructure, promote a sense of place, and provide ample wayfinding for visitors.

MLEI were engaged to undertake concept development, civil & structural design, and lighting design.

Our services included:

• Project Initiation – site inspection, documentation review, engineering survey review.
• Concept Development and Preliminary Design – input into concept development, collaborate with architects to produce preliminary civil design drawings, provide structural input.
• Detailed Design – detailed civil, road, drainage and path grading design, structural review and red-line markups to architect drawings, technical specification.
• Contract Documentation – detailed civil documentation for tendering.
