1838 Prospect is a 2-stage 93-allotment and 200-apartment development located in Prospect, 7km north of Adelaide CBD. MLEI undertook the civil and structural engineering design, tender management, construction superintendence, and contract administration for the development.

Our services included:

  _ ** - Design of a new signalised junction on Churchill Rd, internal roads and services
  - Sewer extension which required works underneath an existing stormwater culvert
  - Stormwater management plan.

The design required collaboration with the client, Kaufland’s builder and engineers, SA Water, Council, SA Power Networks, APA and NBN.
