Cedar Woods is a 16.5ha contemporary residential development on the former Glenside Hospital site, at the corner of Fullarton and Greenhill Roads. This project will accommodate 1,000 homes consisting of town houses and apartments, surrounded by large, public open spaces and revitalised historic buildings.

Our Residential Team undertook structural and civil design of 44x new townhouses.
Our Steel Framing Team undertook structural design for 62x light gauge steel townhouses.

Our achievements included:

• Successfully addressing COVID pandemic-related material and labour shortages by strategically designing structural systems that enabled the project team to complete the development within a compressed 14-month timeline.
• Leveraged LGS applications to streamline construction processes, maximising both cost-effectiveness and build quality while meeting strict timelines and client expectations.
