MLEI undertook the engineering design upgrades to improve safety and provide additional parking facilities
• Access Road A – standardisation, lighting, sealing, stormwater network, alignment and carriageway
• Community Store Road Link – carparking, bus parking, and loading bays.

The project scope included:
• Project management and data collection
• Concept design – stormwater, seal extents, carriageway, relocation works, safety improvements, lighting
• 50% detailed design – earthworks design, stormwater design, parking layout and network consideration, vehicular/pedestrian access, footpath, tree and vegetation removal, turn paths
• 90% & 100% detailed design – amend horizontal/vertical alignments (including minimisation of relocated power poles), update bus-bay geometry, finalise horizontal & vertical geometry, Safety in Design, technical specification for construction works.
