He has valuable hands-on expertise in project tendering, project management, and occupational health and safety, as well as in fostering relationships with a wide range of clients – including government agencies, local councils, builders, developers, and homeowners.

Alan’s portfolio includes high-profile infrastructure projects in New South Wales, such as the Newcastle Inner City Bypass (Rankin Park to Jesmond), Parramatta Light Rail, and Newcastle Light Rail. In these projects, Alan played a crucial role in delivering infrastructure that meets both functional and safety standards, while adhering to strict timelines and budgets. His experience encompasses the entire project lifecycle of bridges and civil infrastructure – from assessment & rehabilitation, design & construction, through to ongoing maintenance.
