Jim brings 31 years’ experience in engineering management, team leadership, and project delivery. He has a proven track record of contributing to the success of major South Australian and national projects across the built environment, defence, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Throughout his career, Jim has held various engineering management roles, with a focus on project delivery and oversight. His responsibilities have encompassed developing and implementing market sector strategies, leading and building engineering teams, managing customer relationships at both local and national levels, and ensuring the successful execution of contracts. He has consistently met key performance metrics, including revenue, backlog, job income, and operating income.

Jim's leadership has been instrumental in delivering significant projects in South Australia, including the New Royal Adelaide Hospital PPP, Calvary Hospital, Osborne Naval Shipyard, Coopers Brewery, SA Police Headquarters, Festival Plaza Redevelopment, and RAAF Base Edinburgh.
