Michelle is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and currently serves as Chair of the Victorian Structural College at Engineers Australia. She is a key member of MLEI’s Victorian Leadership Team, bringing over 23 years of experience in structural design and project management across industrial and commercial sectors.

Renowned for her expertise in managing complex projects, Michelle excels in client engagement, early-stage consultation, schematic and detailed design, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering value-driven solutions.

Her specialisation in industrial warehouses is backed by an impressive portfolio, including projects such as the National Tiles Warehouse, Bedford Warehouse, JBS Processing Facility, Bluescope Manufacturing Warehouse, Linfox Facility, Hunter Express, Apex Steel, and Orora Warehouse, among many others.

Michelle is highly proficient in the design of buildings using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. In addition to her engineering credentials, she has also held the role of National Quality and Continual Improvement Manager, further showcasing her leadership and commitment to excellence.
