Pawel is a highly experienced and award-winning Structural Engineer with
21 years of practice spanning the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand.

His expertise covers a broad range of structural materials and construction techniques. Throughout his career, Pawel has been involved in a wide variety of projects, from residential dwellings to multi-storey commercial and public buildings, some of which have been recognised by prestigious awards, including Royal Institute of British Architects Stirling Prize nominations in the UK, and NZIA Awards in New Zealand. In addition to his project work, Pawel has contributed to research and development initiatives.

From 2012 to 2024, Pawel successfully ran his own consultancy, applying his extensive knowledge and passion for structural engineering. During this time, he also collaborated with Standards NZ, Standards Australia, and the University of Auckland on research projects, completing numerous successful projects across the residential, commercial, educational, and industrial sectors.
