Raza is a Chartered Professional Engineer with 16 years of experience delivering large-scale civil and structural projects across a wide range of sectors, including industrial, water resources, property, roads, and defence. He has successfully led projects through all phases of the design lifecycle—from prefeasibility assessments and concept design to detailed design, tendering, and construction.

Raza’s diverse project portfolio spans key sectors such as infrastructure, land development, public realm, defence, commercial/industrial, and remote infrastructure development. His extensive involvement in complex projects has equipped him with a deep understanding of technical requirements and project delivery across varied environments.

Over the course of his career, Raza has cultivated strong relationships with local service authorities, councils, and government agencies, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and streamlined project coordination. His broad industry knowledge and engineering expertise are invaluable assets in driving project outcomes and navigating regulatory frameworks.

Since joining MLEI in 2019, Raza has contributed to several major projects across the Northern Territory and Victoria. He currently serves as General Manager of MLEI NT and holds the role of National Civil Business Development Manager, where he plays a key role in strategic growth and client engagement across the civil engineering sector.
