Serhan is a Principal Aquatic Engineer and MLEI Associate with over 26 years of consultancy experience in Australia and the United Kingdom, specialising in civil, structural, and aquatic engineering. He specialises in civil, structural, and aquatic engineering, with a proven track record in the design and management of complex projects across commercial, public, and recreational infrastructure.

Serhan is recognised for his expertise in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions and for his leadership in structural audits, damage assessments, and remedial design. He has successfully led the delivery of multi-million-dollar commercial and healthcare developments, bringing deep technical insight and strong project management capabilities.

As the founder of Crackerjack Consulting Engineers – now part of MLEI – Serhan has provided specialist advisory services for major aquatic, sports, and recreational facilities nationwide. He continues to play a key role in both the technical direction and commercial strategy of projects, while actively mentoring staff in engineering excellence and leadership development.
