Thu has over 12 years of industry experience, primarily with MLEI, where she began her career after earning her diploma from TAFE SA in 2012. She is a highly skilled professional in structural design and drafting, with expertise in various drafting software packages, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM-related tools. Throughout her career, Thu has consistently demonstrated a strong technical aptitude and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality work on civil and structural projects.

Currently, Thu leads the Adelaide Drafting Team at MLEI, where she is known for her excellent communication skills and collaborative approach. A natural leader, she is deeply invested in fostering a positive team environment and takes great pride in mentoring her colleagues. Her self-motivation and passion for sharing knowledge have made her a trusted guide for younger drafters, helping to cultivate the next generation of skilled professionals.

Thu’s experience spans a wide range of projects across South Australia and interstate, with a portfolio that includes commercial, education, industrial, residential, and bridge projects. Her diverse project background, combined with her proficiency in advanced design software, allows her to deliver precise, efficient, and innovative design solutions. Her deep understanding of both the technical and collaborative aspects of the drafting process has made her an indispensable asset to MLEI’s success.
