Tuan brings 27 years of diverse engineering experience across government, local government, and private sectors, with a proven track record in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. His expertise spans highway planning, municipal and traffic engineering, and land development, making him highly skilled in design, construction phase management, and project administration.

Since joining MLEI in 2012 as a Senior Civil Engineer, Tuan has successfully led major roadworks upgrades, pavement design, streetscapes, and civil engineering structures, along with water, stormwater, and sewer systems. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering complex projects, particularly in the mining sector, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, innovation, and efficiency.

Beyond technical expertise, Tuan excels in budget management, resource optimization, and safety oversight, ensuring projects meet the highest standards. He also plays a pivotal role in overseeing major initiatives for the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT), demonstrating his ability to lead high-profile projects and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
