Recruitment FAQs
Concise answers for process, timing and interview expectations.
How long does the recruitment process usually take?
While this is position dependent, we plan that recruitment and shortlisting takes up to 4-5 weeks.
Our next process typically starts with a phone screening shortlisted candidates, followed by a first and if required a second technical or practical interview.
A letter of offer is provided to the successful candidate following positive reference checks.
We aim to move efficiently and keep candidates updated at every stage with the status of applications.
What can I expect during interviews?
The interviews will be conducted by a member of our Human Resources team along with the manager of the available role.
During the interview clarity will be provided regarding the role, our team and the timeframes on next steps.
There may be a skills or technical consideration testing during the first interview, or in a second interview (position dependant).
We believe the interview process is as much about you as it is about us, so come prepared to ask questions, and to answer questions.
Do you offer flexibility and hybrid work options?
We encourage our team to work from the office where possible for collaboration, team culture and positive environment.
However, we understand people work differently and have different personal requirements.
Our approach to a flexible working arrangement is in collaboration with a constructive discussion to align personal requirements and operational realities of our industry and client expectations.
