OSKA Consulting Group Joins MLEI

The integration of OSKA Consulting Group brings together established engineering teams across Queensland, with strong alignment in practical delivery, technical rigour and long-term client relationships.

OSKA has built a respected reputation for civil, structural, hydraulic and hydrology engineering across development, construction, infrastructure, health, education, community and tourism projects. Their work spans high-rise residential and commercial developments, high-end residential projects, urban land development, stormwater, hydrology and complex building services.

The integration significantly strengthens MLEI’s hydraulic engineering capability, while adding further depth across civil, structural and hydrology services. It also brings strong experience in Gold Coast high-rise and high-end residential design, supported by established client relationships across South East Queensland.

The Gold Coast team will join our existing operations alongside MRA Environmental. In Brisbane, OSKA will come together with MLEI and Madsen Giersing in a shared office environment designed to support closer collaboration across disciplines.

Importantly, the four OSKA Directors have joined the MLEI shareholder group, reflecting a shared commitment to the future of the business and confidence in a common vision for growth.
