Fletcher Slip

The Fletcher’s Slip redevelopment is transforming a historic Port Adelaide waterfront precinct into a contemporary residential community while retaining connections to its maritime heritage. As part of the $160 million development, MLEI is supporting the delivery of 39 two and three-storey townhouses.

MLEI is providing civil and structural engineering services, with a focus on light gauge steel (LGS) framing solutions that reduce reliance on conventional structural steel. The design supports efficient prefabrication, transport and onsite assembly while coordinating architectural, civil and building services requirements across the development.
