Hill-Smith Family Estates Angaston Winery Upgrade
South Australia
Project Overview
Hill-Smith Family Estates identified an opportunity to modernise operations at its Angaston winery and improve efficiency across red, white and sparkling wine production. The upgrade transformed existing infrastructure while maintaining production throughout the two-year delivery period.
The works relocated tanks from outdated cold rooms into a new undercover area with in-place cooling systems. This improved temperature control, product handling and day-to-day safety for operational teams. Existing areas and buildings were also decommissioned and removed to create more efficient production layouts and upgraded winery infrastructure.
