Marella Apartments

This 30-storey residential development comprises 98 two, three and four-bedroom apartments and sky homes, supported by an extensive suite of resident amenities. Set above three basement levels and a podium, the tower includes spaces for recreation, wellness, dining and relaxation. MLEI provided structural engineering services for the development.
