Mayfair Hotel

The $40 million redevelopment of the former Colonial Mutual Life Building in Adelaide's CBD transformed the existing heritage asset into a boutique luxury hotel.

MLEI provided structural redesign, documentation and engineering support for the redevelopment before being novated to Watpac to continue supporting the project through the construction phase.
