Northcote Aquatic Recreation Centre

The Northcote Aquatic + Recreation Centre was redeveloped to create a contemporary aquatic and recreation destination for the City of Darebin. MLEI provided aquatic engineering services for the redevelopment, delivering aquatic design for six new pools and associated wellness facilities.

This facility is 6-star Green Star-rated, designed in response to the City of Darebin's climate emergency declaration. It features aquatic systems by MLEI optimised to minimise carbon emissions during construction and operational energy use.
