Project Overview

The new Disability Unit at Nuriootpa High School was developed to provide purpose designed learning environments that support students with diverse educational needs. We provided structural and civil engineering for the modular facility, delivering coordinated engineering solutions that supported off site manufacture, efficient installation and high quality educational outcomes. The building includes dedicated learning spaces, sensory rooms, staff facilities and fully accessible amenities.

Engineering Services

  • Structural design of modular steel base frames, supporting columns and roof framing
  • Engineering of lifting points and temporary transport bracing to facilitate safe manufacture, transport and installation
  • Design and review of light gauge steel framing for wall and roof systems
  • Structural design of foundations, ramps, stairs and external decking
  • Civil engineering, including siteworks and stormwater management
  • Factory inspections, shop drawing reviews and construction phase engineering support throughout delivery
