Project Overview

Developed to provide a secure, long-term aviation fuel supply for Hong Kong International Airport, the Permanent Aviation Fuel Facility (PAFF) comprises twin offshore berths, a major fuel storage terminal and a subsea pipeline connecting the facility to the airport's fuel network. MLEI partnered with Leighton Contractors (Asia) to deliver the detailed design of the offshore marine receipt facility.
