Pirathon Winery Expansion

The expansion of the Pirathon winery increased production capacity through new winery infrastructure, an extended barrel store, and supporting site works.

MLEI Group provided a complete engineering and project management service, including master planning, cost planning, detailed design, procurement, and construction management.

The works included a building extension with associated civil, structural, architectural, electrical and fire services, together with a comprehensive winery fitout incorporating receival facilities, red fermentation infrastructure, tank installation, refrigeration, piped services, wastewater treatment, and electrical and automation systems.

The project also delivered an expansion of the red fermentation facilities through the installation of four new fermenters, supporting brine and control system connections, and associated access infrastructure.
