Seachange Wellness Centre

The Seachange Wellness Centre at Goolwa provides a central community facility for the Seachange residential community. The development brings together indoor recreation, shared gathering spaces and outdoor leisure areas within one integrated community setting.

The project required coordination across building structures, recreational facilities, pool infrastructure, landscaped gardens and outdoor amenities, including lawn bowls and pickleball courts. The design supports a practical, social and active community environment for residents.
