Strathalbyn Town Centre Revitalisation

The Strathalbyn Town Centre Revitalisation Master Plan revitalised the town centre through new landscaping, street trees, planting, street furniture and wayfinding to strengthen the town's identity and create a more welcoming visitor experience.

MLEI provided concept development, civil and structural engineering, and lighting design for Stages 2, 3, 4 and 6, delivering services from project initiation and preliminary design through to detailed design, technical specifications and tender documentation.

The scope included civil, road, drainage and path grading design, structural coordination with the architect, and preparation of contract documentation to support project delivery.
