Villawood Estate

The Villawood Estate forms part of the $350 million redevelopment of the Morphettville Racecourse precinct, introducing new housing within an established inner metropolitan location. MLEI is supporting the delivery of 20 three and four-storey townhouses, integrating the residential development with the wider masterplanned precinct and its staged delivery.

MLEI is providing civil and structural engineering services for the townhouses, including light gauge steel (LGS) framing and supporting civil infrastructure. The design focuses on efficient fabrication, simplified onsite assembly and coordinated integration with the broader precinct infrastructure.
