West Franklin was developed as a major mixed-use residential precinct in Adelaide's CBD, delivering contemporary apartments with premium lifestyle amenities. MLEI provided aquatic engineering services for the elevated wellness facilities, supporting the delivery an elevated lap pool featuring acrylic viewing panels as part of the resident recreation offering.
