As our Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in supporting our people and clients, strengthening our team, contributing to the continued success of MLEI while building your own capability, influence and career.
The Role
About the role
This position is responsible for:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers, building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Receive, distribute and manage incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain presentation of reception, common areas and meeting rooms
- Assist with project support, document management and general office support activities for efficient and effective day to day operations
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide professional expertise, practical solutions and trusted support that helps our teams achieve outstanding outcomes.

What You Bring
To contribute confidently in this role, you will bring
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Front of house, reception or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exposure to MYOB Acumatica or similar ERP an advantage
- Developing communication and stakeholder engagement skills Time management skills and ability to use initiative
- The ability to build effective working relationships across a diverse organisation
- Strong organisational skills and care for attention to detail
- A commitment to quality, professionalism and continuous improvement
